Team Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your future responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily implementation of performance targets in collaboration with your team
Coordinating your employees and liaising with team members to ensure safety, order, and cleanliness
Supporting the shift supervisor in day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement
Training and guiding new employees through work procedures
You lead your team in a motivating, respectful, and results-oriented manner and serve as a competent point of contact and role model

What we’re looking for:
Ideally, experience in warehouse logistics
Some experience in team leadership
Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach and can quickly familiarize yourself with new responsibilities.
