About the team
Our Bank Treasury & Risk team supports some of the largest banks in Europe, helping them navigate strategic treasury challenges and complex regulatory requirements. Banks rely on FIS technology and our expert services to address:

  • Capital forecasting and liquidity management

  • IRRBB and bank-book risk

  • Intraday liquidity and cash forecasting

  • IFRS 9 and integrated balance sheet management

  • Regulatory reporting and centralised data architectures

About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business across our market-leading Treasury & Risk Management solutions. As European financial institutions undergo one of the most significant transformation periods in modern banking, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the IT landscape of the next century while joining one of the best-rewarded enterprise software sales teams in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition across Germany & Austria by:

  • Executing the sales strategy, generating new leads and owning opportunities end-to-end

  • Building a high-quality pipeline and advancing deals through all sales stages

  • Engaging prospects with compelling value-based sales stories and product demonstrations

  • Leveraging a team of top-tier experts across solutioning, pre-sales, legal, marketing and delivery

  • Organising and participating in events, campaigns and client workshops to maximise brand visibility

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Europe North for Treasury & Risk

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in selling software into financial markets

  • A proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas

  • Cold-calling experience and confidence in self-generating opportunities

  • The ability to uncover client needs and build compelling value propositions

  • Experience presenting and positioning software solutions using value-selling techniques

  • Experience driving awareness via marketing campaigns and industry events

  • A strong track record in closing software deals

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about ICAAP, SREP, IRRBB and bank steering concepts

  • Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal)
